Yoga For Dancers 8 Week Course

Dancing Lotus is running an 8 week course dedicated to dancers and anyone with an intermediate yoga practice. We will be focusing on breath leading the movement, balance, flexibility and core strength as tools to allow you to attain a more organic way of moving and to explore a more challenging yoga practice.
Classes will be held at 37 O’Connor Street, Chippendale. Minutes walk from Central Station and buses.
