Yoga For Dancers starts Saturdays 10-11.30am, 17 July

Yoga for Dancers - focusing on breath leading the movement, balance, flexibility and core strength as tools to allow you to attain a more organic way of moving and to explore a more challenging yoga practice.

Classes will be held at 37 O’Connor Street, Chippendale. Minutes walk from Central Station and buses.
