Queen Street Studio is proud to announce the opening of a NEW POP-UP REHEARSAL VENUE for Sydney’s Independent Arts Sector called “44 NO MORE”.
The 44 NO MORE space is a temporary facility that will make use of a vacant building before a permanent commercial tenant is found by the Property Agents.
44 NO MORE is a members-only facility with a flat rate of $14 per hour.

44 NO MORE consists of three bare rooms perfect for performing artists and groups on a budget. To keep the cost low, this space has no resources so hirers should consider bringing their own equipment. There are also no venue inspections – hire is strictly ‘off-the-plan’.
This new rehearsal space is located at 42-44 Kensington Street, Chippendale (off Broadway, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station: and a 1-minute walk from FraserStudios.)
Facilities include:
* Cheap hourly rate of hire
* Two adjoining rooms (85m2 and 72m2)
* A private warm-up room (16m2)
* Timber sprung floor
* Male and Female toilets
44 No More is open Mon-Sun from 10am-9pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the temporary nature of this facility, this space is only available for 14-day periods at a time. Studio space is released each Sunday night (in 7-day increments). Property Agents have the right to access the building for inspections without notice. The studio does not have a sound system, mirrors, tarquette floor or kitchen facilities – it is a BYO/DIY space which exists to serve as a last minute space solution for performing artists. Hirers needing to secure bookings beyond the 14-day period or who require resources for their rehearsals should consider booking studio space at FraserStudios.
