Firefly Dance Club announces - Jeffrey Lynn - dance teacher extraordinaire will return to Sydney in May. Now's your chance to experience her exciting teaching style.
Jeffrey Lynn is a dance champion in many dance disciplines and has been teaching dance for 30 years. Starting out as a figure skater when she was young, she wanted to figure out a way to make dancing feel as if she was gliding on ice. Studying from world champion dancers she learned how the Natural Laws of Motion work within the body to make dancing as second nature as breathing. Her unique methods are usually only available at the Sierra Dance Center, but she is making this special trip to Australia to share them with you. Let her help you discover how to use your body the way it is meant to be used.
Workshops May 24
1.30-3.00pm All Levels - Connection and Partnership Skills
3.30-5.00pm Intermediate Level - The 4 primary skills - vertical stretch, opposition, rotation and pressure.
