Ausdance NSW - Dance Space Residency Program 2009

Ausdance NSW invites independent dance artists, collectives and companies to submit proposals for the 2009 Dance Space Residency program.

This dance initiative is funded through the City of Sydney Cultural Grants and Sponsorship program and offers Dance Space Residencies at Queen Street Studio for Sydney’s independent performing artists.

The program is a direct response to the ongoing challenge of access to affordable and appropriate spaces for the development of their dance practice, creative development, mentorships and rehearsal of work.

AUSDANCE NSW WILL PROVIDE
• Work/rehearsal space at Queen Street Studio of up to 3 weeks
• Marketing support for informal showings/discussions
• Public liability insurance for Artists in Residence
