The 44 NO MORE space is a temporary facility that will make use of a vacant building before a permanent commercial tenant is found by the Property Agents.

44 NO MORE consists of three bare rooms perfect for performing artists and groups on a budget. To keep the cost low, this space has no resources so hirers should consider bringing their own equipment. There are also no venue inspections – hire is strictly ‘off-the-plan’.
This new rehearsal space is located at 42-44 Kensington Street, Chippendale (off Broadway, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station: and a 1-minute walk from FraserStudios.)

Charemaine Seet is expanding her dance school with her own studio
in Potts Point on Victoria Street.
Vic Street Studio will open up during the first week of February 2011 and offer ballet
and contemporary dance for children, teens and adults. The salon style studio will be equipped
with mirrors and ballet barres. It is a 1-minute walk from the Kings Cross train station.
Charemaine’s contemporary dance style was developed in London and New York City—a postmodern mix of contemporary
dance technique with Capoeira and Hip Hop. Her Ballet classes are non-competitive and focus on
fostering a love of dance and music.
