A series of 6 classes for beginners and intermediate practitioners who are interested to explore Bodyweather: through the relationship between body, environment and performance. The classes aim to increase sensitivity, listening powers and to develop the more finer skills required for dance and performance making; as well as giving a solid physical training ground from which to practice.
